I worked with Adrienne for almost two years as she built out a recruitment and hiring strategy for the BC First Nations Justice Council. With very little oversight or support, Adrienne built the tools and systems necessary to support our rapid expansion across the province.

In addition to her systems thinking and tool design, Adrienne had extensive contact with prospective hires for a diverse range of positions including lawyers, paralegals, social workers, administrative staff and more. She was responsive, thoughtful, kind, and incredibly well liked by the candidates she worked with.
